The Smart Analytics team among participants of the global professional community at the largest event in the world of statistics.
In August our team took part in the World Statistics Congress (WSC) in the capital of Malaysia.
Once every two years the congress is held in turn by the International Statistical Institute (ISI) and seven international statistical associations from different countries.
The WSC is a great venue for countless presentations, scientific debates, meetings and networking.
Over 2,500 delegates from 130 countries took part in the WSC. Several dozen simultaneous sessions were held at the congress where world leaders in the field of statistics and data science took the floor.

Another important topic for discussion was cooperation in providing official data consistency, compatibility and reliability in different countries as well as organizing the countries’ interaction with international structures and national statistical services.
Smart Analytics presented innovative solutions for all stages of working with statistical data – from data collection, processing, and analysis to data dissemination.
The representatives of the global statistical community were attracted by the relevance of our successful cases, all of which were developed for all types of organizations where handling statistical data is an integral part of their routine: government agencies, international organizations, national statistical services, central banks, associations, unions and research institutes.
Participating in the World Congress gives us a great opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the latest approaches to data analysis and the world’s best practices, as well as to hold networking sessions with representatives of the international statistical community.

The 62nd ISI World Statistics Congress in Kuala Lumpur proved to be a fruitful event packed with activities for the Smart Analytics team.
